“An abundance of new spring leaves and flowers are around at this time of year. Come and see what’s available this year to forage and cook up at Embercombe. The day will be spent walking the land and meeting the food that grows, whilst harvesting for our lunch and to make foodie experiments in the afternoon. There will be time to learn plant identification, share recipe ideas, invent your own and experience a deeper connection to the indigenous nature of us all as creatures of this earth.”
