Next year for Earth Hour, March 24, we are arranging a whole day event concentrating on bikes which will involve events on the Den and culminate in a bike powered film in the evening.
Would you like to be involved, either on the day or in the planning? Please do contact us. It will be an exciting day.
The next TET meeting will be on Monday October 16 at 8 pm at TAAG.
The e-petition is still open. If you haven’t yet signed, you can use this link.
As of today, only 1317 people have signed and we need 6000 signatures to require Devon County Council to debate this item. Closing date is Jan 31st!
The completion of the Trail is vital not only to create jobs and provide a much needed economic boost but also to develop a safe and healthy resource that walkers, nature lovers, families, young children, the disabled, the older generation and cyclist can use together for now and future generations.
Please note that the on-line form asks for your address and then it also asks for Address Format. In this box just put your address again please.

All is not lost regarding the Teign cycle path! In the near future there will be a demonstration at County Hall in Exeter. The plan is to meet on bikes at Countess Wear and cycle to County Hall.
Please pass on this message to all cyclists, walkers, ramblers and anyone else who is keen for this project to go ahead. It would be lovely to see Teignmouth traders join us as they stand to gain increased trade from the cycle path.
Watch this space for time and date.
Now is the time for action!
Bike Week, the UK’s biggest mass participation cycling event, takes place between 15 – 23 June.
Bike Week events offer something for everyone; from families, schools and companies, to seasoned cyclists and those who have never cycled before.
2012 saw almost half a million people taking part in the celebrations of cycling across the UK. This year, Bike Week is asking the nation to dig out their bikes, get back on the saddle and fall in love with cycling all over again!
