Health and well-being

We believe that transition activities can help improve health and develop a greater sense of well-being within our community. This could be through enjoying healthier diets by growing our own food and/or using locally sourced food rather than processed convenience meals; by walking and cycling rather than driving our cars; and by reduced pollution in the atmosphere due to clean alternative energy-generation and fewer vehicles on our roads.
